For over 19 years, Lisa has focused on conducting senior level executive searches for foodservice manufacturing, distribution and the third party associates sector. She offers search expertise from middle management to President/COO across sales, marketing, operations and supply chain functional disciplines. Specializing in companies that are experiencing high growth and high challenge periods, she has partnered with a variety of clients including Fortune 500 companies, emerging and start-up ventures and private equity companies.

Lisa’s philosophy of understanding the company’s culture and vision first has resulted in placing candidates that have the right fit to make a long-term contribution in an environment of rapid growth and change. This ability comes from Lisa’s years of experience in "reading" people to find recruits that successfully fit a risk profile and an organization’s professional philosophy.

In 2005, recognizing the need for a compensation and benefits data for the industry, Lisa created The Wolf Survey. This highly successful survey has proven to be the premier tool for the foodservice industry.
Prior to forming L. Wolf Associates, LLC Lisa was engaged with nationally known executive search firms where she held leadership positions in the development of foodservice manufacturing and distribution divisions. Before entering the executive search field, Lisa held management positions in the hospitality and foodservice distribution industries with Aramark, The Chart House and Sysco Foodservice.

Lisa has been actively involved in the International Foodservice Manufacturers Association (IFMA) for 13 years, serving on the Chain Operators Exchange (COEX) Conference Planning Committee. For 12 years she has been a participant in the Women’s Foodservice Forum (WFF) serving on committees, panels and leading "network with the leaders" roundtables. Lisa has a Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
